ONLINE RETURNS:

We get it. Sometimes things just weren’t meant to be. If you’re looking to process a return, take a sigh of relief—we’ve made it easy! Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise maybe returned for store credit. Items must be returned no longer then 21 days of receiving your order to get a store credit. Items marked 40% off or more, and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Please include your order number, and full name back with your return. 

Once the return has been shipped, please keep records of your tracking information. When we receive returns, they will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will then be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the item returned minus the shipping charges. Note: All jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns. 

You do NOT need an authorization to mail you returns back, as long as they meet the qualifications above.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We will not alter pricing refunds if it has been over 24 hours since the original purchase.

 

FINAL SALE: Please note, sale items and custom orders are final sale. Similarly, all items sold at a discount of 40% off or more are also considered to be FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

IN-STORE RETURNS:

You have 14 days to return your items for a store credit, with your receipt and tags still attached. Items marked down 40% or more, Final Sale items and All jewelry are not eligible for return.

HOLIDAY RETURNS:

Items may be returned until January 7 2020  for an exchange or a store credit, with your receipt and tags still attached. Items marked down 40% or more,  Final Sale items and jewelry are not eligible for return.
